The first mattress was not quite right and there was no issue in changing it

An assistant came up to me as soon as I entered. I showed him a photo on my iPhone of the bed I wanted and he showed it to me together with the fabric colours. We then sat down at his desk, he gave me a bottle of water and we completed the paperwork. He explained how the delivery would work, handed me my paperwork and I left. It was all very straightforward.
