Really friendly member of staff. Offered coffee while we were there. She really knew what we were looking for and was a great help.

Matt was very attentive and knew what he was talking about.

Kate presented as friendly, welcoming. She was animated and listened well to what we were looking for. Hearing my concerns about the price of the mattresses I was looking at, she guided us to a more economical choice, the closest comparison possible. Kate listened well and wrote down the main comments she had heard to help remind us of what choices we had made through elimination (we considered this a preliminary visit to the shop, without firm intend to buyn today). She offered some price reduction I think at the right time, which influenced us on buying rather than needing to complete the purchase on another day. We loved that there was no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. We opted for the more expensive mattress.

We had a large order and it was dealt with quickly & efficiently and any queries were answered immediately. Your colleague (Matt Moss) is to be commended.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and approachable. Once he had talked us through the options, he left my wife and I alone to test and discuss. The salesman was not pushy at all and let us choose the mattress in our own time. The mattress type choosing machine was brilliant, quite impressive and hopefully helped us choose the right mattress for us. Will definitively be returning next time we need a mattress or bed.

Mine and my partners first ever brand new bed for our first new house in the near future.. the staff members were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions! So overall was a good experience!
