I found the assistant Brett to be really helpful and very patient with me as I was very unsure as to what I wanted.

There salesman Matthew took through all the options available to us and then left us to try all the different mattresses. Very helpful.

The assistant took time to understand our requirements and carefully assisted us in finding an appropriate product, in this instance a mattress.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We tried the sleep master thing to select the best mattress and finally have found a mattress that should be comfortable for an entire night! It's the 2nd tempur mattress we have bought and a top of the range silent night mattress in the past (all from dreams) generally very helpful and knowledgeably. Not pushy at all.

We were greeted soon after we entered the store and offered assistance. We were offered a cup of tea by Jennifer and left to browse briefly as requested and then she returned and we discussed our needs. Most helpful and good service by Jennifer

This is third visit to this store, each time the price is good, ease of transaction, knowing when it will be delivered, contact from store was ideal, email and text.

Because Jennifer was such an amazing assistant and made everything so easy.
