Assistance was very quickly offered but also left time for us to consider carefully our choice.

Jennifer who served us mad us so welcome, and walked us through our choices and made sure we were totally satisfied, even when she split he trousers helping us off the bed, she just asked for a safety pin and carried on, so lovely and funny

Great customer service from Matthew and Brett - we did a Sleepmatch analysis (a very futuristic experience!), then we were showed some of the mattresses the machine recommended for us, with explanations about the different types available. We felt welcome to try as many of the mattresses as we liked, without being rushed.

Brett took the time to talk through all our options and had a depth of knowledge that helped us reach a decision.

The member of staff that served us was really nice and very helpful, did not feel pressured in to making a purchase like some sales reps make you feel, and also liked that the sales person gave us a little time to look before offering us help, we liked that alot
