The member of staff was very pleasant and tried his best to satisfy our needs.

The manager was very helpful with his knowledge of all beds and acknowledge and acted quickly when my bed order price was reduced.

We have previously purchased beds at dreams and have always been very happy with the service we received. The assistant that served us was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. His name was Mathew Moss. We have dealt with him previously and found him to be very knowledgable and helpful. The beds that we chose are extremely comfortable and I would have no hesitation in recommending dreams beds to friends and family.

The Newport store staff were highly professional, helpful but without being ‘pushy’ Whilst we visited the store as we had to make a final check at home we placed the order on the phone - this too was very well handled.

Jennifer the sales assistant was particularly helpful in understanding both our needs. She took the time to assess us on the interactive sleep test bed which enabled us to identify a mattress type that would be most suitable for our sleeping position and body profiles.
