Immediately greeted as I entered the store. Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly assistant. I liked the computer that advised on what type of mattress would best suit me. Good range to choose from. Not too long a delivery time.

As a vulnerable person with a health problem I expressed my needs and they were comprehensively met. Therefore an order was placed and we await delivery to arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. The disposal details of the old mattress dealt with within the visit to your store.

Friendly helpful staff, good Covid adherence, lots of choice, appreciated being left alone to try various mattresses to make a choice based on quality and price.

Helpful friendly staff ,reasonable selection of beds

Staff are really friendly, been there a few months before and equally as polite and helpful. They leave you to try mattresses by yourself without hovering but then reappear after enough time to answer any questions. It's great they're not hovering and making you feel awkward. The staff were welcoming you didn't need to try and find someone to help. They were more than happy to go the extra mile and give expert knowledge.
