Matthew, the young man who served me took the time to find out what I was looking for in a mattress. Because I didnt really know he explained to me how they could find out what would suit me best for my specific needs. He asked me a few questions and then invited me to lie down on the bed next to the machine. It was brilliant and came up with the particular mattresses best for me.

quality of products in store were very good, the manager offered me and my friend a free coffee which is always a nice gesture. the manager was very helpful in choosing the correct bed and mattress for me. quick and easy order process and will be recommending dreams to friends and family. thank you
