They had the mattress I wanted in store for me to try and see. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Store is spotlessly clean.

I went to our dreams store on the Isle of Wight. Newport branch, and was greated by Katie She asked if we needed any assistance, but we were just looking. Once we had looked around we asked some questions and she was able to answer. She knew her stuff.

from entering the shop through to the order being taken the staff were helpful and knew about the products they were selling which made it a pleasure to shop

I think I was highly satisfied with the staff and their efforts. Prices are inflated and we only shopped there because we have a very limited source on the Isle of Wight and our time scale is urgent due my husband’s terminal cancer. We would have bought an adjustable bed but 12 weeks!! I was quoted this in Swindon too so not just about location. You are dealing with those with health issues and I can’t believe that you hold zero stock of specialist beds. You are a big enough company and it’s all about your share holders. You are no worse than others so no point in trying elsewhere rather than you offering good service as a company. We tried to order a wooden bed frame which was more expensive that the one we ordered but again, you had the mattress in King and not double and the frame in double and not King!!!! Really? We ended up with one that was a major compromise for speed of delivery as every other option the poor staff tried FAILED! Your system is slow - very poor technology. The testing process to find which mattress was actually a positive and lovely staff who showed empathy and concern for my very fragile husband who was struggled with length of time it took to check stock.
