Dreams - Isle of Wight

It was necessary for me to phone the Isle of Wight store to get advice and make purchases of items I had seen on line. I was lucky enough to get through immediately to Matthew, the store manager, who couldn’t have been more helpful or considerate given that the date for delivery of the items is not possible to know until the purchase of my new property there is completed, a date which is as yet unknown. Matthew reassured me that my items could be stored easily until this date becomes certain and then delivery can be effected easily.

The staff member, Jennifer, listened to what we needed and advised us on various options of bed frames and mattresses . . then, importantly, left us to discuss between ourselves our preferences as to colour of fabrics and other options ie ottoman or drawers etc. There was no pressure but she was always on hand to answer any further questions we might have..

I was welcomed as I entered the store and shown where the lift was He may have realised I might need it as I had a walking stick. when I had chosen the mattress I wanted he showed me to the sales area where he explained the ordering and I ordered the mattress and was explained to the recycling for my old mattress and the cost, he then gave me the plastic cover for my old mattress and said it will be collected when my new one was delivered .Overall a very pleasant experience .

the assistant was fully aware and familiar about the product cheerful helpful in every way making my wife and i important and not just treated like another customer

Great member of staff Matthew was great and showed us all we needed to see and know about what we was looking for

The Sales Assistant Jenny was very helpful and I had hoped to return the next day but I hurt my hip in the evening and had an o/n stay in hospital. I had decided what I wanted and so I phoned Jenny and she was able to help me complete my order over the phone.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the building, within minutes we were on the special machine to find out which mattress would be best. The salesman took us straight to the perfect match and it was all really quick and easy! He was really friendly and helpful and managed to answer all our questions with ease.

The sales lady was amazing. Funny and really helpful. Store was very clean and very easy sale.

Matthew was excellent, very pleasant and friendly and was also having to support a colleague who was dealing with a very unpleasant abusive customer.

The gentlemen that helped us order our new bed was very friendly - greeted us when we walked in, offered tea/ coffee and was around should we had any questions. He was very helpful with everything we needed to know when we placed the order and we left feeling very satisfied.
