As soon as we entered the premises we were immediately met with bright smiles and given our PPE. All members of staff were approachable and were ready to answer any questions we had. They explained the different mattresses they had to offer and walked us through the sleep match and showed us the best for us. Matthew and Jennifer were our primary assistance and they were outstanding with a brilliant attitude.

Matt who served me was very attentive. As soon as I entered the shop he pointed out the cleaning station for me to use. Nothing was any trouble for Matt to show me. He never rushed me and was very informative about all the mattresses I tried out.
