I was greeted as i walked through the door by a member of staff named Matt. He enquired whether i would like to browse or if I had somewthing specific in mind. He explained very clearly the health & hygene requirements and led me to the range of product i was looking for. He explained clearly the differences between the matresses and how they were made. It was a totally enjoyable and safe shopping experience, thank you Matt.
