We came in to buy a mattress and was greeted by Matt Moss who gave us the most wonderful customer service.He made sure we observed all the Covid 19 regulations without the over the top authority of most stores and made us feel comfortable with the use of the great test bed to find us the most suitable mattress and recommended a 4000 spring firm mattress but was happy to sow us a cheaper alternative which suited us fine .With 20% off the spinal pillows he recommended Matt couldn’t have been more helpful.The whole shopping experience was enjoyable, swift and unpressured and Matt was polite,professional and a credit to your company.Thank you Matt!
