This was my first shopping experience during this Coronavirus situation! I am part of the shielded group and was over the moon when I was told I could book an appointment at the store and would be the only customer present! Matthew was fantastic, offering PPE etc, pillow and mattress protectors. He was a genuine friendly, professional young man! I now look forward to the delivery of my new bed!
