I spoke with the store manager Matt, who could not have been more helpful. He bent over backwards to help me sort a new bed for my mum who has been in care home for the last 5 months. Excellent service

The sales assistant - Michael - very quickly understood our requirement and was able to empathise with our needs. We started by using the "SleepMatch" device which was most impressive and delivered a list of suitable mattresses. The third mattress that we looked at was even better than we had hoped, as we could have different support levels on each side of the bed - something that we didn't know was possible until we were shown it. Michael was very hospitabile throught our visit and allowed us plenty of time to try out each mattress. He even gave us an excellent cup of coffee.

The team on the Isle of Wight are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. They should certainly get a pat on the back for the way they treat their customers.
