Very friendly and helpful staff

Matt Moss who served us was very knowledgeable about the type of mattress that we wanted. He explained about different types (hard, soft etc.) and was extremely patient as I tried out every one!!!! A special touch as it was hot inside was to offer a bottle of water which was very much appreciated. He was very friendly and good at his job without being overly pushy and at no time did I feel that I was taking up too much of his time. It was lovely feeling so welcome and at ease as we tried the mattresses and being able to have a laugh with him as we did the paperwork. He even showed us the Dreams own mattress which was much cheaper but not nearly so good as the Tempur cool touch that we chose.......he even managed to sell me the £99 pillow to go with it!!!! Very impressive. Thank you so much to great member of staff.

Very knowledgeable young man who didn't try to rush me and let me take my time deciding which mattress suited me best. Gave advice when asked but wasn't pushy. Matt Moss is a credit to your store and a very good salesman!!!!

The store had all we need loved trying out the machine to find out the best mattress for us ,good choice of beds and headboards and mattresses,Our assistant Matt was so helpful,we place our order straight away.
