After dealing with DFS previously, and experiencing no end of issues, it was great to speak to someone in dreams that was knowledgeable and friendly. After explaining issues we have previously faced, and issues my partner has with his back following spinal surgery, Michael went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress.

Young man who helped me was very kind and helpful and made the whole process of buying a new mattress very easy with his knowledge. What I thought was going to be quite a traumatic experience proved to be, with his help, a very enjoyable one. We were even given a perfect cup of tea which was lovely.

Attentive staff but without being over 'pushed' to buy which is appreciated. All areas of service and goods where to a level which was very acceptable and muhc appreciated.

I was attended to straight away and accompanied the whole time. I found it a pleasant and stress-free experience. I enjoyed lying on the computerized bed while it moved around me to determine mattresses that were suitable for me!

Matthew the Store Manager was very helpful during our visit giving his expert knowledge on the different beds we were looking for. Getting sizes for us to take away, delivery times which needed to be flexible. Great experience.

The help and advise that we were given and anything we asked about they could help with. Very satisfied with the served we received.
