The shop assistant was so helpful from start to finish. We had awkward issues we needed solving, and she found products for us but then we changed our minds and she found new options for us. Amazing service.

Unable to visit store for health reasons - staff were extremely pleasant and very obliging- nothing was too much trouble for them and they were extremely knowledge about their products, also very honest -which, under my circumstances, was a great help. The assistant was highly attentive at all times. She also was able to help when the products that I wanted wasn’t quite in the offer. She spoke to a colleague and came forward with a solution. I was more than happy with.

Excellent service, knowledge and expertise of products. No pressure on us to make a purchase, plenty of time given for us to find the best mattress,explaining about guarantee and delivery. Smart appearance, polite and very thorough regarding cleanliness of trial pillows

The staff member I spoke to was knew what I needed once I gave her the dimensions required. We have bought a custom made mattress from this store several times and we were very satisfied with the product.

If there was an option higher than highly satisfied I would have clicked on it. Michael, the gentlemen who served us, was extremely pleasant and welcoming. He didn't hound us when we arrived, or follow us around. He made it known to us that he was here to help if we needed anything and extremely pleasant. Offered tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cold drinks. The best experience we have had in a dreams store.

Michael at IOW store was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I went through a procedure to choose the best mattress for my body. Can't remember the name of it but lay on a mattress and looked up at a screen above me. Impressed! On placing an order I was able to feel confident that I was choosing the correct mattress for me, and the only shock was the price, but that probably gives away how long it is since I replaced my mattress! Michael fetched me a coffee to calm me from the shock, but overall I feel very happy with my visit and look forward to the arrival of my new mattress.

Very professional friendly staff that looked at my needs without trying to upsale

on arrival an assistant came straight over to ask if we needed any help. we did not feel under any pressure to buy. our questions were answered confidently and it was obvious the assistant knew the products. the assistant was very patient as we took quite a while to make our minds up. an added bonus was being offered a lovely cup of coffee!

Staff were happy, cheerful and very understanding, very helpful. The store’s layout was well presented with nice amount of space between items. Looked so clean and fresh.
