Very friendly staff with good information on the products in the shop,Kate answered all of our questions,it was a pleasure to buy our new mattress as we have changed from a waterbed.

After having a bad experience purchasing an Emma mattress, i went to my local dreams store to see how they could help. Immediately Jennifer made us feel welcome, and at ease. Working is sales myself, its a pet hate of mine when you either get pestered or ignored. Jen had the balance just right, and was never too far away if we had questions.
