Refreshing to visit a store where you felt the staff were fully trained and understood what they were selling. They were courteous, welcoming and very helpful. I must add that the previous day I’d rung the store twice in an attempt to find out some information before visiting but rang off because I didn’t want to leave a message on the answerphone. However, I was extremely surprised that someone had picked up my number and rang me back to enquire if they could assist. Fantastic customer service. So pleased to see customer service at its best, keep it up.

The young lady was very helpful from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left nothing was too much trouble for her very impressed overall

Jennifer was knowledgeable and very polite and understanding of my needs. As recently being widowed I am not confident on my own but felt very comfortable with Jennifer’s help.

Warm welcome from Manager (?), Shown ideal product - a Bed in a Box. Given a cup of tea whilst I pondered. Dealt with my payment questions icily and efficiently. I even mentioned to your man that happening upon someone ch pleasant professionalism in a British retailer l outlet is a rare experience!

Staff were very helpful, listened to our preferences and advised accordingly. We didn't plan on making a purchase that day but ended up buying a lovely new mattress. We did not feel pressured or obligated to buy at any time.

The store was very clean and welcoming. We were assisted promptly and the staff very knowledgeable. Didn’t have our item in stock at the time but details were taken and contact made when staff said they would. Process of purchase was very simple and all information provided. Generally a great experience and superb customer service.
