My wife and i was greeted at the door and we we impressed by the COVID awareness of the staff, also the friendliness and their readiness to listen to our needs as opposed to suggesting a product as has been the case in other Retail stores we have entered. There was no time pressure on us and all in all a very satisfying experience.

Very attentive staff who approached us as soon as we entered the store and made sure we were looked after during our visit .

One employee offered help and support as soon as we come through the door, we were told about the COVID regulations and offered a drink. We then did the sleep test which an employee went through with us. We were then shown some products by an employee who talked through the benefits, and the difference in the products. He explained the 40 night sleep promise and briefly discussed finance. We then had about 10 minutes of looking on our own. Once we found a product a staff member noticed we were done and came straight over, we were given a quote for finance within 5 minutes and told about the current offers. We left the store had a think and returned roughly an hour later, I was seen immediately and got right into it, offered a drink. The employee was incredibly friendly and offered small talk whilst we waiting for some things to load on the computer etc. Very apologetic for anything that took more than a few seconds, very helpful and explained everything well to me. Apologised about the delivery date and said it will be around 8 weeks. I would like to emphasise the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were to us.
