We were served by Matthew who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed or intimidated at any time and at the point of sale he guided us through the process, being honest regarding expectations of delivery times etc. Liked his style of customer service. He is an asset to the company.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and a hand sanitising station was just within the doors, the Lady we spoke to was friendly and kept a safe distance. She offered us to try the mattress testing and was very efficient making sure it was kept clean with the paper rolls and really knowledgeable on the perfect mattress for us. We were then given the space to explore and found the base and mattress we liked and went to order. Again the Lady was there straight away (I believe her name was Rebecca but I apologise I’m terrible with names!) and found us an even better mattress that we had missed (our 2 year old kept us missing things!). Again really helpful and knowledgeable! Made us feel so comfortable and got us a brilliant delivery date! Thank you so much to you all (and the gentleman who offered us water whilst we were ordering!)

Very friendly staff, good customer service, offered water to drink and kept socially distant. Hand gel available and Covid App to scan. Good knowledge of mattresses and bases that l was interested in. Ended up spending nearly £2000!

My experience when buying a bed for my teenage granddaughter was very good . The young lady by the name of Carla could not have been any more helpful. I will definitely return to get my beds in future .

The staff were all very helpful and careful about the need to keep COVID safe. They didn’t push for a sale and gave us ample time to browse by ourselves after explaining and showing us the options available.
