The staff at Dreams in Newport are friendly and knowledgeable - whilst we didn’t visit this time but placed the order over the phone, we had chosen the mattress at an earlier visit - this was an additional mattress for another bed. They have the customer experience just right - well done

I was approached re any help I required and allowed to look around without pressure

Staff helpful and gave adequate time for us to make a decision on our purchase. I did not feel pressurised to purchase and the staff explained all procedures from entering the store and covid safety precautions to the order and delivery arrangements.

The shop assistant was friendly, helpful and listened to what I wanted. Also showed me other options that were around the same price. He was also very careful about ppe whilst trying the beds out.
