We were very pleased with the attention Matt gave to us when choosing our bed and mattress . We tried about 5 different beds with recommendations from the bed planning machine . from walking into the store the assistant made us feel very welcome, his product knowledge was good and despite my online searches/reviews on your mattress, disappointingly this mattress was not in stock, however he offered us various other options that compared closely with my preferred mattress which was very helpful. We were also offered bottles of water at the end of our shopping, which was welcome after having to wear our masks for sometime, overall it was a very pleasant experience, thank you.
