As soon as me and my sister entered the store, we were approached to see if we needed assistance. We were given paper to lie on for mattress protection and when we said we sleep with a Cloud pillow, Matt went over and got us to try on the beds. We both ended up buying a bed each

On entering the store we were greeted by a member of staff who was very presentable and briefed us on covid policy and assisted us in selecting our bed. Then we were escorted to our choice of beds by Bret who looked after us very well and explained every aspect of each bed(4 choices). He then placed the order explaining each of the steps clearly and assisted arranging the delivery date. We were also offered refreshments.
