The Sleep Expert, Matt Moss, was so very helpful. He practically greeted us at the door as we walked in to the store and from then completely took care of our needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others at your Newport store.

Michael greeted us in a friendly manner and quickly established our requirement. After explaining the salient features of each mattress he backed away to allow time and space for us to consider and consult out of earshot. A pressure free experience.

My husband and I have needed to buy four new beds. As we are in the process of moving, Matthew, the store manager, has assisted us in every way. We ordered one bed as it was on offer and ordered a further three as he contacted us to let us know the beds were on offer. He has also assisted in the changing of the delivery date twice on our first order as we have not got a completion date. First class store and staff
