Dreams - Isle of Wight

I love the machine which takes measurements and comes up with recommendations as to the best type of mattress for us as individuals. The store was lovely, clean, bright, airy. The main thing however was the member of staff who served us - he was very attentive without being intrusive, allowed us to try the products we wanted in our own time and stayed with us throughout the process. He was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were brilliant especially Jenny in the Newport, Isle of Wight store. Could not have asked for better service.

Friendly, very upfront with delivery times etc. E-mails confirmation etc sent straight away. Covid rules followed. Offered us drink as soon as we walked in. Overall very good, just wish we had asked more questions & advice, but, that was down to us, not the staff. Would use again.
