The store colleague was very helpful, and listened to our needs. He showed us a few beds and then let us try others around the store. We didn’t feel pressured into a sale and chose exactly the mattress we wanted

We were approached by a very friendly colleague as we entered the store. He was very knowledgeable and spent time with us. He then politely left us to make a decision without feeling pressurised but said he was available if we had any further questions before making our choice.

It was a quick friendly experience with no sales waffle just excellent advice a very helpful Dreams employee.

Greeted by assistant as soon as we entered, very friendly ,understood our budget requirements, no pushy and very knowledgeable and helpful
