Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us through the selection process.

The person I spoke to was polite ,very helpful and efficient. My order was placed in a few minuets.

Really friendly member of staff and we found what we wanted immediately. Was given a delivery date which was a month away but managed to change it online to less than a week.

I was let down on the day of delivery by Dunelm, I rang Dreams in desperation looking for a double divan. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Matt who could not have been more helpful, he explained that stock was low due to the Covid situation but would check his warehouse and call me back. He did so very promptly, told me what was available and I was so impressed that I paid for the goods over the phone without seeing the bed. I was not disappointed with my actions at all, the bed is lovely. I arranged with a local company to deliver the bed - then Matt rang me back to ask if I had been able to arrange the delivery as he had some goods coming in and the driver would be passing our area on his return to the ferry port. He would ask him to drop the bed off if I had been unable to arrange anything else. Now that is service. I could not have asked for better. I would recommend Dreams very highly based on this experience, especially the branch in Gunville, Isle of Wight, as that is the one I dealt through.

From the start the assistant was very welcoming and not pushy. He showed us everything we asked to see and was very knowledgeable. He found an answers to our queries straightaway and was very attentive. The whole process was no problem and handled really well.

Sales person knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained the construction of the beds I was recommended and left me alone to try them. No pressure selling

Whole experience was excellent. Choice of products, layout of store, staff efficient & very attentive. important to actually see & try when purchasing a bed. Having the time to consider purchase, with no pressure to buy. Having bought from Dreams before I will always return. Prices very competitive.

The sleepmatch machine was a revelation, taking the guess work out of getting the right mattress. Kate, the sales person who helped us, was excellent, showing us the recommended mattress and other similar ones to try. She knew her stock well, listened well and gave helpful advice. These are the best quality mattresses and the most expensive we have ever bought. We feel reassured we have made the right choice. Thank you Kate!
