My wife and I attended the dream shop on the I Isle of Wight looking for a mattress to takeaway that day I am a wheelchair user and I'm blind. The members of staff were absolutely amazing with excellant product knowledge and was able to process our request immediately. We came away with not just a mattress but a bed frame also. The even help carry the items to car and helped to load them into the car. What can I say amazing customer service so Friendly and helpfully
