I found the cost of many of the mattresses very high although the one purchased was good value, unfortunately not in stock so I could not take it away on the day, two week wait, fingers crossed.

Once the 'deal was done' the staff member switched to fast, efficient, unfriendly, get-us-out-the-door mode. It felt like she had her commission and wanted to leave for the day. From the point of agreeing to £700 (I got the impression we could have agreed on a lower price) she changed her behaviour towards us; even my Mother who came with us commented on it. Before this point she at least smiled and gave us excellent product information. The mattress is absolutely great and very comfortable. To change my lasting opinion of Dreams I would welcome a token of goodwill in the form of a part refund. Many thanks, Helen and Barney

The delivery was appalling you driver never text me before 10 am you should be able to check the records I did leave a note on the door explaining the door was unlocked. When I rang customer services they said the driver tried to ring me several times I was 2mins away all day with a very good phone signal nobody tried to ring my phone gives me a message if they did you should be able to check the drivers phone ! I cancelled the order this type of service is unexceptible and iam charged 10% of the purchase value for cancelling as I was told this was the in purchase agreement but nowhere in that agreement does it say you also have to pay for incompetence you staff I did look to post this on you face book page but you dont have one !!! For marketing strategy it is probably as well you don’t. If you take any notice of the comments I have made customer services should get in touch with me , or at least return my 10% I have been charged for your incompetence!!!!

I was entirely highly satisfied. Jennifer the assistant who looked after us was knowledgeable attentive and bubbly. She gave us plenty of time and guided us through testing as many of the mattresses in the shop as we wished to make sure we chose one that was most comfortable. There was no pressire to buy the most expensive mattress

We selected a mattress carefully from the samples on display, based partly on physical comfort and partly but also total odour-neutrality, as my wife is sensitive to chemical smells. This had been a problem with a previous online purchase, so this time we bought in-store to avoid this issue. Unfortunately, when our mattress was delivered after a considerable wait, it did have a strong chemical smell like paint thinner. We went back to the store and the manager was helpful and agreed this was not acceptable, and agreed to deliver a replacement (after another lengthy wait). When the time for this came round, we were contacted again and informed the store manager had been overridden, and that only an inspection would be arranged and not a replacement. The problem is still not resolved - we have no comfortable bed, and have been stuck with this unwanted mattress in our home since because of somebody's pettiness in insisting on an unnecessary inspection to confirm the obvious.
