After failing a credit check your sales person did not give any direction to a solution to the problem. It was myself that had to find out if a deposit would secure the product with the balance being paid prior to delivery. Your sales person knew throughout the process that funds would be available within this time frame and that we were only purchasing the product because of the time limited special offers.

The in-store heater is near the sales desks and when it comes on it is so noisy it was surgically to hear

There was a sign on the mattress we wanted to purchase that said 'quick delivery available' But when we were purchasing and booking a delivery, the earliest date available was 18th March... One month wait. That is not a quick delivery, I questioned why there was a sign saying quick delivery available if I was having to wait a month, the store assistant just gave an excuse about Christmas and Covid.... Maybe the sign should just be removed?

Bedroom furniture not fully completed in store no internal fixings. Only limited items you sold on display

on my 1st visit i got a cup of coffee but no help upstairs and when i went downstairs there was no one about. 2nd visit satisfactory. surprised mattresses not available in different hardnesses.

The only thing I was slightly dissatisfied with is not being informed of the delivery charge if we want to change our product until we were at the very end of the sales process. If I had known sooner I would most likely have just chosen another product that I absolutely knew I liked.

We came in to the store knowing what we wanted to order. The sales assistant couldn't seem to handle this and we were passed to 2 other assistants before we could place an order and pay. It should have been very simple but took far longer than it should have

Buying instore told delivery is £39, however looked online after purchase to discover delivery is free.... now thats discrimination to which i am thinking of cancelling my order in store and re ordering online.... Disatisfied customer!
