Online ordering was terrible, missed out on the discount and was forced to go to the store.

The visit to the store was absolutely fine, no problems, charming helpful knowledgeable service. All good. the problem has been in trying to communicate by telephone - the staff are never able to answer the phone and this came very close to stopping us using the store' as we tried over a dozen times at at varying times of day to ring with no success. We believe it is lack of staff rather than unwillingness by staff to take phone calls. At least we hope so...........

There was alot of moving around of beds and work going on in the store. There were tools and building equipment on the floor and around some of the displays. No areas were fenced off so it was quite dangerous as i had two little boys with me and one of them nearly picked up some tools that was on the floor by a displaay bed that i was looking at

On my first original visit to dreams a young girl with no product knowledge served my partner and myself we had to approach her even tho we were looking around the store fr approx 15 mins. We decided that we liked two beds and wanted to know more. As stated product knowledge was not vast and when I asked about in store discount for cash I was told the store didn't arrange discounts. I knew this to be false as my sister in law bought a bed with discount added about 5 months ago. After looking online my partner and myself decided on the croft bed and went back into the store today a man served us with complete knowledge and awarded discount and was very helpful. It is because of this latter service that I purchased the bed and mattress.

I always think there's a slight room for improvement? To be honest it was very good, I liked the colleague I dealt with very much - he wasn't at all pushy and gave me space to try the different mattresses etc.

To be highly satisfied there needs to be more value and better price comparisons on price and certainly there should not be a delivery charge and also old mattress should be taken away free of charge
