It states on reciept that we took the matress protector but we asked to have it delivered with matress worried that it will not arrive now.

No real reason. Highly satisfied to me would be going above and beyond the expectations of the customer. ALL my needs were met to a high standard but it didn't exceed expectations.

The assistant was extremely helpful and didn't pressure me - he allowed me to take my time and was available and in view when needed. I was able to ask him about the type of materials and his help meant that we have selected a mattress with the materials that will suit both our different needs in terms of comfort and especially temperature regulation which was a concern for me.

Whilst experience was satisfactory, the overall experience did not reach the ultimate standard I would expect for a highly satisfied category. I work in customer service and therefore would need exemplary service for a highly satisfied rating. The staff were courteous and attentive when required and their service was therefore satisfactory

The 18 month 0/0 Finance offered online was not the available in store.

Expected more choice, but did have a particular mattress in mind due to online search of Dreams website beforehand. Delivery charge and disposal is quite expensive, added another £80 onto total spend.
