The mattress we wanted was the only one that wouldn't be arriving the following week so we are waiting much longer than we had hoped.

We ( my wife and I) both have back problems and we expected to have the new mattress delivered asap. Instead we are having to wait until 23rd August 2016 for it to be delivered and we are having to await its delivery then. We are quite shocked by the extortionate charge of £78 we had to fork out for disposal of our old mattress and for the delivery of our new mattress when it eventually arrives on 23rd August 2016. I an a 73 years old age pensioner with a meagre pension to cater for all eventualities. Our house is barely a mile form the actual store and we find it quite harsh the delivery and pick up charge which will only take maximum 10 minutes. Thank you.

The only thing that I could mark it done for was the price in general of the products as most, in my opinion, were quite expensive. We did see cheaper alternatives at local dealers but my wife had her heart set on a particular bed so we bought it from here.

There is always room for improvement. When telling us about the comfort policy. The fact that if you change for a cheaper matress you would not receive a refund. I felt this should have been mentioned. Also we waited a long time on our second visit to be seen. That said when we were, Matt was very helpful.
