I wanted to purchase the Evolution TV bed and wanted to see how the cables for the tv were fed to where my wall socket is. I asked to see and was just told 'the wires go under there'. So I had to repeat my request to physically be shown.

I don't like the fact there are open desks and when you are sharing personal details regarding address, phone numbers etc. there is no confidentiality and other customers that are nearby can hear everything that is being discussed. This is not good in my opinion, as my information is private.

I was told about your price match guarantee, so I felt confident in placing the order. I found a cheaper quote the same day. Because I placed the order on a Sunday I was unable to get through to customer service to claim back the difference, the cheaper offer ended that same day, so I feel cheated of over £200 difference!

We had to negotiate the product being ordered & delivery from your I.o.w store, we didn't want to order from the main land thinking it would be more expensive, the sale was finishing that day, the assistance in each shop offered a different deal. The £200 was not offered on a superking that was confusing, assumed it was on king & superking.
