The staff at the shop were very helpful, the experience was let down by a 10 week delivery for my bed. Returned and have bought various chest of drawers, now an 8 week wait!!!!

I'm more annoyed that the we were booked to have a delivery of a bed today (23/06/17) and we had to get hold of them to find out they weren't coming! I had no phone call or anything, to say they won't be delivering! I now have to take time from my day off to wait around! Its a good job I didn't have to day off or I would have lost out on money, but still isn't nice that I had to ask someone to take time out of their day to wait for nothing!

We bought a very expensive tempur mattress, told about the 60 day exchange which is what convinced us to buy...but wasn't told that if we exchange to lower value then no money back!

I was not highly satisfied as I would have liked to buy the display mattresses but could not and had to order new and wait 5 weeks for delivery

To be highly satisfied the product would have had to have been available in store or available for delivery the next day

I was not dissatisfied, it was the only store we visited for this purchase. But I did not rate the store the top rating as there is always room for improvement. I have no criticism though.
