Very helpful & friendly service over the phone. Very knowledgeable & fast response. I felt like an important customer & will definitely be back.

Initially, I tried to order the items online then later spoke to a representative to complete the order. He was quite helpful but sadly, I was declined for the the finance application. It was quite frustrating. That's why, I decided to go to the store with my husband. Staff were all nicd and accommodating. Matthew, who assisted us, has been really patient while we were trying to select the products we wanted. He was very helpful and is quite knowledgeable about the items - he answered our numerous questions well.He is a good listener and his unbiased advise allowed us to choose the best products for our need. In addition, Matthew, managed to get my finance application approved when he processed my orders in store. He managed to upsell a couple of Tempur pillows, without being pushy, and was generous enough to get me some discounts for it (I actually did not plan on buying pillows that day😊). Superb service! Can't wait to see my new bed and mattress in the next 4 weeks, I hope... 😉

We purchased a mattress from Dreams back in March of last year for our holiday home on the IOW. We were so satisfied with it that we have ordered the same mattress for our home up in Lincolnshire.

The assistant was really lovely and patient as we walked in with no idea what we were looking for!

Brett is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. Offered us lots of water and was able to answer any and all questions we had. He deserves a chocolate bar :) Also, the mattress machine is very cool.

I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted quickly and easily. I was able to extend the warranty for a brilliant price and I was able to take the mattress away with me. The assistant was very helpful.

Having tried to place an online order, the delivery time was much longer than that quoted so I phoned the Newport, Isle of Wight store instead. I spoke to Brett who was extremely helpful and phone friendly. I explained that my son in law had a van and could collect the goods and Brett advised me/him, after taking the order, to phone thirty mins before calling when he would have the items ready and someone able to help load. I was also given clear instructions on where to take the vehicle to load up. The whole process was very easy and, hopefully, now that the world is returning to sanity, your delivery difficulties will soon be resolved. Thank you Dreams and Brett !!
