Although the salesman was on his own in the store we were the only customers to start with, but as more customers came in there was a little panic set in.

The amount of time required to deliver my order is too long.

I was disappointed with the relatively small range of matresses in the small double size. The ones I really liked were not available. Also, although the assistant was very friendly, I felt a bit patronised. I don't think that sales people understand that some customers (like me) visit a shop with a clear product in mind and don't need "persuading" to buy something. Otherwise, she was very friendly and I thought it was a nice gesture that she offered us a cup of tea.

Because the product ordered are in the sale I would have thought it may have been more readily available.
