Would have been nice if that staff had offered to carry the mattress to the car.

Bed frame was not available so have had to wait until December 2018 to get this delivered

It’s not exciting buying a bed , satisfied is pretty good , obviously if the items were even cheaper my satisfaction would have gone up . But I didn’t want the cheapest , I wanted something substantial and time will tell.

I would have liked the offer of some help in manhandling the old mattress into its disposal bag. The assistant did not make much effort to discover my ability to do this task. He wanted to charge a different price for disposal to that displayed on the desk and made me think he was doing me a favour by complying with the displayed terms.

The staff were very busy with other customers or occupied ..... I knew what I wanted at at the same time I purchased the mattress that was on the bed spending about 1200.00 (not quite sure of the exact price) I paid the whole price ..... and asked two different people to be sure to remove the mattress in case it was laid on. I did not receive the answer I would have liked..... the answer that it would be removed at the close of business. On the whole though I was pleased with my purchase and this would not stop making further purchases.

It. Was Saturday afternoon , staffs was busy with other people in the shop . Wait for my turn .

allways room for improvement. better selection, cheaper offers on all beds,

As we have had beds before some time a go from Dreams we were quit satisfied. Thank you.
