The time between order and delivery is 10 days and there were also computer issues when waiting for my credit to be verified which meant I had to wait approx 30mins.

It is enough to say I was satisfied without being over pretentious. The store was well set out and the assistant who helped me answered all my questions and gave me examples of prices, colours, types of mattress, ranges of accessories, furniture etc. and was well versed in their product range and delivery times etc.

I was satisfied with the service and product purchased. If it had been cheaper, I would have been highly satisfied.

We paid for Dreams to take away our current mattress. We had seen on posters that this was offered, but not that it was an extra cost. This felt like 'upselling' and when I said I could take it to the dump myself we were discouraged from doing this because we'd have to cancel the order and then reorder, possibly with a different delivery date. I could have pushed for this but my wife, as usual, was more in favour or paying for Dreams to take the mattress away. I felt the charge could have been made clearer on the posters.

I know we sleep on mattresses most of our lives, but why have they got to be so expensive. I know over time you get value for money but spending so much in one transaction (nightmare hehehe)
