We came in, where able to learn what suited us, tried some beds and confirmed what we needed (not foam) and buy it that morning.

I was given a delivery date & then told two days before this date I would need to wait a further 12 day

Is satisfied not enough nowadays! I was not dissatisfied...

i think satisfied is ok. highly satisfied mean you are asking for 10/10, nobody gets that, dont be greedy...

Absolutely outstanding customer service and a great range to choose from in store. Payment was very easy! Unfortunately it was disappointing how long delivery would take being 5 to 6 weeks. Everything else however, could not be faulted!

The price for the mattress had gone up £20 from the previous weekel and as I wanted a Saturday delivery I was then going to be charged another £10 on top

There is always room for improvement.

There was a limited choice of 4ft 6in beds of the type we had hoped for. We did not notice that there was a customer lift until we were coming back down the stairs (my wife is partially disabled and this staircase was difficult for her.

No reason.
