When the financing was not available I was informed I would be called back when I could come back to finish the process as it had to be in person. When I called 4 days later I was informed it was back up and working. I would have appreciated being reached out to as promised in store and not having to do the chasing myself.

Spent a lot of money on a mattress and dreams have reduced the amount of discount and I got less than I have been offered even last year. Which is the reason for my rating

Very satisfied that our visit to the store was a good experience, which achieved everything we set out for. Just a choice of expression. Very satisfied or highly satisfied? Although happy with delivery lead time and better than may have been expected, an even quicker time may have made the difference of highly satisfied. But I am being picky. Very happy with service so far.....

Was not offered the lift by first assistant, as I am disabled. 2nd assistant showed me the lift. Assistant said that he had been doing this for 15 years, yet had to be shown how to make the order. After test on bed to see what mattress was suitable, got list of 8 suitable mattresses, far too many to try !!!

firstly if everyone told you they were highly Satisfied with everything all the time what motivation is that for you to continue to look into improvements and find new ways of improving the customer experience. secondly, shopping isn't something I enjoy and I didn't have a clue what I was looking for or what I needed it was purely a fact finding mission which actually lead to a purchase. you should count that as a win

Everyone in the store were extremely helpful. I had to return to the store to pay rather than over the phone as a member of staff had to go to the bank. This was just a timing issue and nothing to do with the quality and helpfulness of staff.
