I found the assistant extremely helpful, very attentive to my needs and highly personable. I was advised, without bias, the kind of mattress that would give the most comfort and wear. My financial requirements were taken into consideration and I was in no way persuaded to buy something that I felt a little too expensive. Well done you!

i would have liked more information on my order details print out specific to my order i have trouble with memory - i probably should have asked he write it all down but i don't always think to do that. On my order details i would have liked an approximate delivery date and the original price and the amount i saved with the 20% offer. I would like to see what the savings were - there is no indication of a 20% saving on my order details. so now i'm unsure whether i did actually get the discount? the chap who served me (Brett)was excellent in every other way - knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive.

Lack of physical stock selection to choose from. Although the representative showed alternatives online it is difficult to judge colours etc as the representative pointed out.

Was satisfied. Clean store friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and we managed to find the mattress we liked. It was easy to pay for and they had one in stock and we were able to walk away with it the same day from the store. Very nice mattress and helped with my sore back after using the sleep anyalyzer.

I do not have the mattress yet and sleeping on it is part of the experience. Right?

The salesperson Jennifer was wonderful and really helpful. I felt the prices for memory foam mattresses were far too high. The costs of delivery and assembly were too high. I declined the taking away of old bed as the cost was too high and I, as a 74 year old with mobility problems was meant to wrap heavy items in plastic because of covid fears. The council will do this much cheaper and not require the plastic coverings.

Staff was brilliant, only thing I'm not highly satisfied with is the length of delivery time and removal of old mattress, being of mature age having to pack mattress into green plastic myself before your men are able to take away.
