Our sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and really made an effort to understand and prioritise our needs. We were made to feel very welcome and valued as customers, and are very happy and excited about our purchase!

The assistant we had was lovely, friendly and professional. He was also in training. Unfortunately, the store became busy whilst we were ordering, the gentleman who was serving us did not understand the system on the computer yet. Instead of showing him how to do it to learn, another colleague came over, sent him to his customers upstairs and took over. He was definitely not as friendly.

Really helpful staff, helped to find what we were looking for and made ordering easy.
