Dreams - Isle of Wight

Sales assistant Vicky was well informed, courteous and explained our order form plus sales conditions clearly. We were at the Isle of Wight store and felt relaxed and unharrassed. There was lots to see on the shop floor and Vicky was friendly and attentive without pressurising me. She was very professional. I would certainly go to Dreams again.

This was the first time I have ever bought a bed. The sales assistant, Matthew, took the time to explain how each different style of mattress works and how the colour coding in store helps to inform what type of mattress was on each of the show beds. Matthew encouraged me to look around the store and explore the different styles of mattresses and even brought me a cup of tea whilst I was doing this, making me feel comfortable and not rushed in any way. He informed me about the current sale and also which mattress would be in the new sale next week. When we discussed frames I explained I had planned to buy a cheap frame from IKEA, Matthew gave me the useful advice about how they frame sizes at IKEA are different to UK bed sizes so I needed to be careful. After printing me a quote, I left to have a think about my options. When I returned 4 days later Matthew remembered me and also the mTtresses I had been looking at. He was as helpful on the second visit as he had been on the first visit. I ended up spending more on a mattress than I originally planned, however I still feel that I got excellent value for money and received an excellent service as well.

I was not sure what type of matress I needed and Matthew, the assistant was very helpful. Excellent selection of beds.

Matthew was very helpful during our visit, he explained the product to us and was very understanding of my problems,and a very pleasant young man.He photocopied my Blue Badge,and arranged my vat exemption.

Vicky was very friendly, she explained the colour codes for us to let us know what kind of bed we was looking at she was very pleasant and asked us if there was anything else she could do for us today :)

Clean tidy well laid out store friendly but not over the top customer advisor (Vicky) easy to find the bed we were looking for and easy to place an order.

Excellent customer service. We were given time to browse before the advisor came and asked if we would like help. He helped us make an informed decision without any pressure. After advising us on the products we wanted he offered us a coffee/tea and gave us some time to have a chat whilst he made our drinks. Any further questions we had were answered and he was very patient when I went around the store with a pillow trying out many different mattresses! We were given advice on additional products like insurance and bedding. Matthew Donovan our advisor couldn't have been more helpful.
