NOT EASY TO ANSWER SOME OF THE QUESTIONS AS I DID ALL ON THE TELEPHONE.MATT AT NEWPORT I.O.WIGHT WAS JUST LIKE A GOOD FRIEND.I COULD NOT PRAISE HIM MORE.VICKY ALSO WAS LOVELY WITH MY OTHER ORDER.

It started with your website which was clear Showed the best range of the six sites I visited. We chose the bed we wanted and discovered the IOW had a branch so we went along. The range seemed to match what was on line. The person on duty who assisted us was not pushy and took time to explain the differences and we thought the pillow code was a brilliant idea. So we made our purchase after being left to it. A great experience by person , website and information.

Originally visited to buy one, yes, one single mattress, left after buying one single mattress and one double bed and mattress!

I got all the help and advise that I needed I was very confused as to what I needed but sales people helped me not pushy but useful information which I realy needs nice visit !!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the items I were looking for were available to buy and it was a very quick and easy transaction.

The new sales assistant called Carla was apologetic due to not knowing how to use the computer system but her friendliness and pleasant manner more than made up for it. Her colleague was knowledgeable and able to fill in the gaps. The bed arrived spot on time and was delivered by Leigh and Simon who were very efficient and friendly. All in all a 'dreamy' experience.

I found the experience very welcoming and the service and attention of the staff very good. the hospitality of staff very good and did not try to push anything on to me. very friendly and helpful staff can not ask for anything else. well done.

The assistant was friendly and helpful very knowledgeable about the product also helped with a certain delivery date .

The sales people were very helpful. And helped me out with the best bed to suit my needs.very happy with the store
