We were advised of the best deals, but did not feel we were pushed in a particular direction. All decisions regarding the purchase were ours and we weren't made to feel rushed in any way. The staff made us feel welcome but were not overpowering. We were able to take our time to try out the beds. Once we had decided on a mattress Vicky was extremely efficient and friendly and the transaction was completely quickly.
