Dreams - Isle of Wight

There were a good variety of divans to choose from and different firmness of mattresses.

I was in a rush, knew what I wanted and the assistant was fantastic and quick.

I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door ,the sales man explained the colour coding of the pillows and gave us time too look around, he then provided us with a drink ( it was a very hot day) we sat and went through my choice of mattress orderd and told date it will be there to collect . The sales man Matt was very friendly and efficient ,

Assistance for disabled parking. Friendly knowledgable assistant and he was also helpful in comparison of products for ones personal needs.

The Manager found time to show the various products to me in great detail: Taking the time over each Q/A... I`am very pleased with the visit to Dreams First class... thank you.

When we entered the store the advisor welcomed us to dreams, but did not hover or pounce on us like they do in some stores. Whilst browsing we were informed that there was further choices on the second floor and to ask if we needed further assistance. When we enquired about the products we were promptly informed of the price and the upgrades available but he was not pushy and I was able to make an informed decision based on my budget. I was given the delivery day of my choice and when I returned to the store to get the measurement of our bed, the advisor was happy to help.

I felt the assistant was very friendly and helpful are the overall experience very positive.

Helpful, friendly service. No hard selling, not at all pushy. Offered drinks and all the time we required to choose beds. Excellent.

Very helpful staff, good range of beds and mattresses and facilities for trial. 40 day sleep trial is an excellent idea.
