the store seemed very friendly and all staff were helpful this helped us to make up our minds very quickly.

The assistant, Matt Moss, was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us plenty of time to try the products and advised us on what would be the suitable products for our needs.

We had already looked on line for the bed so when we went into the shop it was good to see the product was as good as shown on line. A member of staff then assisted us in choosing the mattress that would give us the comfort and good nights sleep we required.

The manager Mathew looked after me personally and was very helpful with my needs as I have a back problem and needed the right mattress

The assistant did not pester us but waited a short while to allow us to browse and then asked if she could assist. She was very friendly and down to earth with a very happy demeanour. She did not pressurise us to buy a product which we did not want. She offered the service we required which was the removal of the old mattress.

I brought a new bed over the phone as was unable to have it delivered via the Internet store. The customer service representative was more then happy to help and went out of his way to accommodate my needs! Thank you, I'm looking forward to receiving the bed
