Dreams - Isle of Wight

Michael was very helpful in helping us choose the right mattress as we knew nothing at all. He even offered us water while we used the fancy machine that tells us what mattresses to choose. He didn't pressure us at all with any sort of salesmanship but told us all we needed to know. He was good enough that we even bought new pillows and cooling sheet. He will call us when our chosen bed is available to order which I thought was a nice touch. We have recommended him to friends and family already

The new guy (Michael) served us on this visit and he is just as kind, friendly and helpful as the rest of his colleagues. Exceptional! The store is a credit to your company!

I placed my order over the telephone with a young man named Brett at the Newport Branch Isle of Wight who explained everything I needed to know, he was most polite and answered all the questions I had about at Hypnos Hanson pocket sprung soft mattress. Delivery was little longer than I would have liked but fully understand with the current situation and COVID as it is.

Your assistant Bret was knowledgeable on products,very helpful and polite. The products we were looking for were both available in store for us to examine and try. Highly satisfied over all.

We were given immediate expert and friendly assistance from Matthew Moss. We tried out the sleep match machine which gave us a list of suitable beds Matthew showed us each of these and the pros and cons of different options. Very patient and had a lovely cup of tea too (nailed that and I'm really fussy!). Never rushed, just excellent customer service which is really unusual these days.

We were met immediately, we entered the store, by assistant, called Brett. He showed, my wife, to the bed, that would show up suitable mattresses. He twice offered, us something to drink. He showed my wife, the mattresses, for her to try, explaining the qualities of each. Most helpful. Soon had order completed.

I was greeted by a lovely lady named Kate,very knowledgeable on all the mattresses I tried and made me feel at ease when trying sleep match,I couldn't have asked for better company to walk around the store with.Fabulous set of staff, I will definitely be spreading the word and will be sure to visit the store again for future purchases.#Dreamteam
